The service

Mongoose Tunes is a free music library and player, provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial listening.

Accounts

An account is optional and only used to sync favorites, playlists, and your queue across devices. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential.

No warranty

This app is provided without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Acceptable use

Don't use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download the track library, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

The tracks in this library and the app's own design and code are the property of Mongoose Athanor LLC. Streaming is for personal listening only -- not a license to redistribute, resell, or rehost the music.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
